The Site is an online marketplace allowing Owners (“Owners, Their, They”) of boat rental companies, charter & tour companies, and other watersports service companies to advertise on the Site. We act as an intermediary and offer online booking services to allow You to communicate with the Owners and enter into Rental Agreements, (“Rental Agreement”) waivers, money transfer, and transactions directly with Owners. We do not own or manage, nor can We contract for, any watercraft rental, charter, tour or service listed on the Site.
