Including kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, shelling, banana boat rides AND a separate stop at Crab Island to check out the festivities at the sandbar, this trip is guaranteed to wear you out. All of the activities are included in this exciting tour for one price-at a fraction of what you’d spend trying to do everything separately.
The Crab Island Adventure Tour starts with a scenic boat ride through the historic Destin Harbor where you will enjoy sightseeing for dolphins as the boat makes its way to the Adventure Park, located in the beautiful Choctawhatchee Bay. Once you disembark from the boat, you and your family can spend time snorkeling and shelling in the water, hop on a kayak or paddleboard and explore the shoreline, or zip off on a thrilling banana boat ride behind a best-in-class waverunner.
After the Adventure Park, guests will return to the boat which will take you to your second destination: Crab Island. Crab Island is a 4-acre underwater sandbar and one of the most famous destinations in all of Florida. Enjoy floating in the crystal clear water, getting a bite to eat from the mobile vendors who come to you by boat, and have some drinks while winding down from all the excitement. The Crab Island Shuttle Boat offers daily captained cruises to and from Destin's famous Crab Island sandbar aboard a brand new 45’ catamaran-style tour boat. Pack your floaties and a cooler and get ready to relax! Once you get to Crab Island, you can disembark and spend your time floating in the beautiful water or wandering around the sandbar and checking out the mobile food boat vendors and floating Reef Burger restaurant (note: attractions are separate businesses and not included in shuttle price).
Our Shuttle Boat is Destin's most affordable way to get to Crab Island and experience the sandbar like the locals do! The boat, captain, and crew stay with you for the duration of the tour, and there is a restroom onboard the boat. The 19′ Cobia we rented was an excellent boat. It was well maintained and had all the options a fishing boat should have. We were especially pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff, who really made us feel like their utmost goal was for us to have an enjoyable experience and we did.
